CAJ Tours is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. EST.

Service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are the ONLY animals permitted to board CAJ Tours motor coaches.  

We prefer you book 30 days in advance but last minute inquiries are always welcome.

Our fares are non-refundable.

We make every effort to stick to our schedule. However, if we deem road conditions hazardous to the safety of our customers and drivers, it may become necessary to cancel our trips. We update our phone message and our website when that decision is made. If CAJ Tours cancels the trip, you will have the option of a credit to use at another time or a refund.

Each casino varies and the rebates given are subject to change by the casinos at any time. When you call to make your reservation, you may ask what the rebate amounts are at that time.

If you plan to travel within 48 hours, please leave a message on our answering machine. We monitor our after-hours phone messages regularly. You will receive a return call as quickly as possible. If your reservation is more than three (3) days away, please call during our regular business hours.
